I live in Fountain Valley, California, United States. I booked a business trip with Turkish Airlines on June,4, 2023 for $4,898.50. I left Los Angeles International Airport on July 22 as booked where I was to land at Istanbul to connect to my flight to Amman, Jordan. I was notified at the counter at LAX that I would get the boarding pass for my connecting flight in Istanbul! When I got to Istanbul I was shocked that the connecting flight was on Royal Jordanian and it would be Economy only ; otherwise TK who issued my ticket could do nothing for me!? I am 67 with some difficulties moving and travel with wheelchair: should I stay stranded in Istanbul?? So I had to take the seat they gave me on a flight that was to leave in more than six hours. Of course now I "lost " my right to TK lounge, so they seated me on a chair right behind the counter. I was trying to ask officers (around 25) to help transfer me to a comfortable area ( I would buy a pass to the lounge) for more than two and a half hours; not even one person responded!!!sooooo mean! Finally I could reach to a person who convinced TK to hand me my boarding pass (economy) and transferred me to a lounge other than TK's! ( I was not allowed to TK lounge even for purchase) I had to pay for lounge ( I have the receipt) I want TK to apologize to me and distress they caused to me. I want TK to pay back every penny I lost.they don't honor their contract. I demand TK honor my return flight. Resolution Sought TK needs to refund the money I lost as a result of the change they made to my flight; they need to pay for not notifying me ahead of the change . TK need to make sure they honor my return flight exactly as booked!TK needs to compensate me for the distress they caused me and the tears I shed feeling lonely, helpless and heartbroken!

On March 2nd, I booked a flight with ASAP ticket agency, spoke with agent wyo who issued me around trip ticket to manila I purchased for 1,068.77 dollars. My wife ticket I purchased for 695.00 dollars for flight from Manila to New York. I miss my original flight on March 2 to manila. On March 3 I contacted ASAP and ticket and spoke with different agent to reschedule flight to manila but was told I would need to pay for 660.10 dollars for new reservation. I was charged 660.10 on my Santander debit card on March 4. According to my bank it was taken from Turkish airlines. I never received new flight reservation via email and I was denied to fly March 6 by Turkish airlines. I contacted both companies and both have no record of new reservation. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from ASAP ticket of my original purchase with the company of a total of 1600 dollars and also addition to the 660.00 dollars that was taken from my debit card on March 4. Resolution Sought I just want to get my refund of 2000 dollars.

Since the ticket was purchased from a third party travel agency, all refund and ticket exchange requested should be submitted to that agency You have an active reservation showing March15th return. You need to contact with them to cancel this reservation Kind regards Turkish Airlines Los Angeles Reservation Department
