Just because the business claims it is moving or going out of business, that doesn't give that business the right to mislead

Approximately, 3:35pm EST, 2/24/2024.Turn7, 400 NJ-38, Suite D400, Moorestown, NJ 08057, is having a closing sale. Everything is As-Is, no returns or exchanges. I saw an item called a Chrisper. The price I saw on the box was $10. It looked like a good deal. It was an item that had been returned for a refund. When I went to the register to pay for the item, the cashier showed me a different price that was on the bottom of the box. That price was $20. I tried to explain to the cashier that there can't be two prices on the item, and then have a person pay the higher of those two prices. A different cashier interrupted and told me if I don't like the price, don't get it. I asked for a manager. I finally located a manager, whose name I wasn't able to obtain, said the one price was the price he bought it for. I explained again that there shouldn't be two prices on the item. The manager took the box out of my hands, then shrugged his shoulders and told me he didn't care about the law. He was going out of business. In fact. I heard they are only moving location. I don't know how many other people have been cheated this way because the store is moving to a different location, but they shouldn't be allowed to operate that way. I told the manager I was going to report him. He just laughed and told me to do it. He said he will  be gone before anything can happen. Pay a fine for deceitful practice. Just because the business claims it is moving or going out of business.
