Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Turnbull Law Group was recommended to me by Freedom Debt Relief. Turnbull Law Group state that they were going to consolidate my debts. Turnbull Law Group negotiated my 9.9 with a creditor to 49.96. Before that, Turnbull Law Group repeated asked me to increase my monthly payments so that they could pay my creditors faster. Resolution Sought I would like the business to refund my money because I am not satisfied with their negotiations I had to get another company to consolidate my debts with appropriate interest rates.

Company states; In June, 2024, Mrs. Johnson entered into a Client Engagement Agreement (the "Agreement") with Turnbull Law Group, LLC, retaining Turnball to represent her to help resolve her enrolled debts as part of its debt resolution program. Per Section 4. 1 (e) of the Agreement, Mrs. Johnson agreed to make a recurring monthly deposit into a dedicated bank account to provide funding for Turnbull to negotiate and resolve her debts. Ms. Johnson raised two issues in her complaint: Firstly, Mrs. Johnson stated in her complaint that Turnbull asked her to increase her monthly deposits. We believe this is a misunderstanding. Turnbull contacted Mrs. Johnson when she failed to make her scheduled August deposit in compliance with the Agreement. She was advised that a failed deposit may adversely impact the ability to pay on existing settlements and may adversely impact Turnbull's ability to negotiate anything further on her behalf. She was asked to make up the deposit. Secondly, Mrs. Johnson stated that Turnbull negotiated her interest rate and one of her debts from a 9.9 to a 49.96. We believe this is also a misunderstanding. Turnbull negotiated a 49.96% settlement on one of Mrs. Johnson's debt, which was an offered savings of over 50% on the amount of that debt. Sincerely, Supervising Attorney, Turnbull Law Group
