Inground pool installation

Our family was very pleased with Turner Pools in Fredericksburg. Karl spent alot of time helping us design a pool that incorporated many aspects that we needed with our handicapped children. Foxx Pools was a company we trusted and pleased that it was a company that Turners Pools worked with. The men that worked on the pool were great. They cleaned up after themselves and worked long days in the heat.We were grateful to be able to enjoy our pool this summer!!

Poor

Very lacking in communication with customers. The end result is satisfactory. Our new pool looks great. However, the two month nightmare of trying to get them to begin and finish the job was not acceptable. If the delays were ONLY weather related, it would have been understandable. Not the case. I would not utilize their installation services again.
