They removed one small tree off of the corner of our garage (I have a picture of said tree). We never signed any paperwork with the company. They said that they were going to go through our insurance company and only needed our claim number. Next think I know, we're getting a bill from them for 18100! Then when questioned about it, they drop it to 13000. I think they're trying to commit fraud. All previous quotes we received ranged from 800-1800 for the job. 18,100 for one tree is pretty comical if you ask me. And again, they never asked for our approval or had us sign a contract. No way we would have given approval for any price over 2,000. Resolution Sought I fair price to avoid us having to hire a lawyer and go to court.
