I rented a car from Turo from 7-3-2025 to 7-7- 2025 for 800 miles for the entire trip. However, I was late returning it on 7-7-2025. I returned the car at 11:30 pm on 7-7-2025 late fee of $151.56 and I paid it. However the charge of $192.64 is a charge that I was never made aware of and I am disputing it. And as far as the overage on the mileage, I don't feel that it is fair for me to pay for it because of the fact that the car did not have an odometer. Nor did Turo give a tutorial on the car. They didn't have any one onsite to assist with operating the vehicle. We had to GOOGLE for instructions on how to operate the vehicle. This was my first time using Turo and will certainly be the last time using them. I filed a complaint against Turo and received an email back from Mallory indicating that someone from their upper management team would be contacting me, I never received a response back from Turo. I saw where they billed my credit card on file the additional charges of $461.03 as of today, 7-8-2025. I have a problem with businesses having too much control of a customer will billing their credit card with a charge in dispute! Resolution Sought Make changes with their billing practices. Correct their business practices, Turo is UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to taking care of their customers! I have should have received a response back from management as promised by Mallory. I should be refunded for the gas fee because they were not explained and their was not a odometer for me to check the mileage!

Good evening, I went through with picking up a reservation at the Local Turo renter. fOR A royal-Blue 2024 Tesla Model 3- Long Range plus. The reservation for the trip was scheduled from May 6,2025- may 16,2025. Since I'm in the market of buying two Tesla vehicles this summer as a Doctor. Ryan the car salesman on the Turo-platform added extra charges for driving over 2200- Miles for the 10-day rental. Which I did not since the car spent 80 of time parked in the hospital garage from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday my work hours. I'm disputing the charges since I paid for the entire trip pre-paid $1125.00 off my credit card. Plus detailed ,washed, and returned the car with a charged battery of 80. Ryan is threading to have me banned from the site. So I will contact my attorney this weekend for this civil dispute. Resolution Sought If Turo can't be a mediator I will be demanding my refund of $1125.00 back through the charges I never agreed to.
