Company has repeatedly denied a refund even though I could not use the service. I tried to cancel with several weeks notice for a funeral and they have used fraudulent and unethical fine print and loopholes to reason their way out. They have caused great distress and refuse to even offer any kind of compensation, so much as a coupon!! They have had no compassion or remorse and refuse to refund my money. Resolution Sought Refund

Good Evening, My 2 year old Son and wife went out of town to Joplin Missouri for an eight day vacation from Birmingham Alabama on Greyhound bus service. I dropped them off on January 7,2026 at 6:00pm for a 26 hour trip. While using Turo ride share agreement rental car. Blake O' Keefe the host {Private Pod} owner. Showed up to hand over possession while drunk on December 30,2025 at 10:00am at 2082 Ross Bridge Parkway. After driving the vehicle which has severe electrical systems failure, low battery voltage failure, Extremely worn tire threads. Being a 2018 Tesla model 3 . I have sent my legal counsel Alexander Shunarauh the documentation from the last 19 days of this pending future civil lawsuit. The first mechanical breakdown happened after I drove from Birmingham Alabama at 1:00am made it to Ozark Arkansas at 2:00pm Wednesday January 14,2026. The rear passenger tire had a blowout . While I was driving on the I-40 west Interstate in Arkansas. I called the negligent, criminal host Blake. Never once did he ask about y safety. He just requited a roadside assistance tow to Disount Tire shop in Rogers Arkansas 150 miles northwest of my location. I and the tow truck driver Zack arrived at 6:00pm. The next morning Blake refused to pay for 4 new tires for his vehicle. He tried to stick the $1000.00 bill on me. the next morning I paid a 3rd uber driver to get me from the best Western hotel in Joplin , Missouri to Rohgers Arkansas to pickup the 2018 Tesla Model 3 with my wife and 2 ye Resolution Sought With my attorney, Wife, Discount Tire Shop General manager Arthur, St. Frances County Sheriff office. I will be having all charges refused and refunded the $1200.00 I spent on this three day trip to Arkansas and Missouri this week.
