I missed an issue and they stated they could send me the issue but it would take 2 to 3 weeks. Seriously?! What good would that do me having a issue late! I told me that was their policy which stinks . They told me they would extend my subscription but that doesn't make up for the missed issue. Resolution Sought Send the missed issue immediately out! Or, give me a credit since I didn't get it on time and I don't want my subscription extended.

We have received your inquiry regarding a subscription to TV Guide for Ms. Lawson. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience she experienced. We have extended her subscription two issues for the issue she missed.
