The worst, avoid at all costs, cuz it will cost you alot for nothing in return

Samsung connect one box, DOA, 14 days later still no return label, they are giving me the run around, very rarely answer their phones or emails or messages, and when they do its lies, if not this would of been handled 10 days ago like anormal business would, AVOID they dont care, or cant be bothered once they have your money

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

I had purchase a part from this company and it arrived on time but it was defective and I have been trying to get a return label and a replacement part. I have called, e-mail, and left messages and I am still waiting for almost a whole week. This is terrible.
