My cash app acct was hacked into, and someone made an unauthorized charge to my acct, because the charge is still pending cash app support said that I would need to contact the merchant, well I went to the website, and call the 800# (855 797 2456) the number has a busy signal all day long, I sent an email(support@sleeptightbrands.com) the email is bogus, this isn't a legit company, and I'm trying to get my money back, cash app said they will launch a dispute after the transaction goes through, but the company isn't legit, so how am I getting my money back? If you all call the number your going to get the same busy signal I have gotten, if you email them, the message will come back saying that the email couldn't be delivered, please help me get my money back to me!!!! Resolution Sought Refund immediately!!!!
