Supposed to be a mail delivery service for birth control. Twice this month I was told my birth control would be delivered with in a week and now suddenly they are unable to do so with out prior authorization even though they've already done so twice with no issues and trying to have me jump through hoops for them and call my insurance to figure out what they'll cover instead of doing that themselves Resolution Sought I'd like them since they've clearly had two weeks at this point telling me it was good to go twice to actually deliver my prescription and or figure out in their end what they're doing wrong.
