We went to look at cars while they was having there grand opening sell. We saw a Jeep the price hanging on the mirror was 42,973 its a 2018 wrangler Sahara. On the paperwork before taxes is 50,591.00. Payment is 1,100 a month. My husband ended up in the hospital 2 days later. He is in kidney failure. We went to the dealer ship asking why we didn't get the sell price they told us and the price that was hanging on the mirror. We went and talked to the owner Bobby Ledbetter. He said he would help us get something cheaper. They couldn't redo the paperwork. My husband medicine is 1,500 to keep him alive. We told him we couldn't afford the Jeep. Tim the manager kept telling us to come back for them to help us. Tim lied and one of the other sells man got in front of my husband's face and tried to fight him and he was screaming. When he walked away he told Kevin my husband he was going to kill him. We kept getting the run around then telling us they was going to fix the paperwork and us get the sell price or us get a different vehicle that was cheaper. They haven't done anything. Tim has blocked my number. Bobby will not call us back. They used us and lied. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Resolution Sought I want them to let us get our Kia back we traded in. Or the sell price of the Jeep or keep there word and let us trade the jeep in on something cheaper. Bobby the owner said since we came back the 3rd day with the problem we were having and he hadn't paid the Kia off yet we could get the Kia back. That's what I want back is our Kia Sportage we had. It was only 643 a month.

I traded for a newer vehicle I thought I had 3 days to decide whether I wanted to keep the vehicle or not .I thought that was the law on purchasing anything. Resolution Sought I would like to know if I have 3 days to decide.
