Tim Wooley took my money from 4-7-2022 supposed to done my fish pond in the 3rd week of June, he have so many reasons to delay my job I don't want his job no more. I cancel the contract I need my deposit back. Resolution Sought I want my deposit back. I willing paid $ 300.00 for little dig on my back yard about 2 hours the business 502-777-4114.

Miss Tran was in contract We had a death in the family father died from cancer I took off the week before he died to come for him and then the week of his funeral and then one week for a sick crew everyone was almost or sick to point of hospitalization. Covid symptoms not Covid. When we drew our pond she was ancy but not wanting to cancel. We had already bought all materials and delivered 3 tons of rock. After guys Dug a hole for the pond she called me and said Crew was too young and should bring in professional equipment and crew and she wanted her money back and no one to be on property. There were no complications with Job there were no issues with employees or behaviors or language and yet she still was not willing to let us finish the job she just wanted is gone. Then the next day she wanted her money back in full. I am very open about the fact that I'm a family owned business and the family comes first the loss of a father is a pretty big deal and having every employee you have sick is also a pretty big deal. I do not think these are one excuse after another and I cannot give her a refund.
