I hired 2 men and a truck to move my stuff to my new house. They were very uncareful with my stuff, damaging walls, furniture, appliances, etc. They were supposed to send 3 men, they only sent 2, no tools, no appliance dolly, and charged me the full amount for the extra time they spent. I have been trying for almost 2 months to get resolution, but keep getting the runaround. Resolution Sought I would like to not be charged for the 3 hours they only sent 2 men, and reasonable reparations for the damages to my stuff and walls.

Company states: We have settled with this customer. He was requesting a refund of $600 and that is what we gave him.
