Problems with Move/Damage/Making it right

I had many items damaged, walls damaged, door damaged, etc. during the move. I was told they would send 3 guys, then they only sent 2 for 2-3 hours of the move, which delayed the move at least by 2-3 hours. They themselves seemed surprised it took so long when I only have a 1700 sqft house. When trying to get settlements for damages, I kept getting the runaround. It was only until I filed complaints with BBB and BCA that they actually did something. To their credit, they finally did send me a damage claim check. I would not recommend, but thankful to BCA for their help in this matter.
