I'm being excessively charged for usage that I don't have any ideal why my charges r steadily increasing. I'm not even using the amount of usage they are saying I feel upset and angry. I have been there only a month at resident and had issues with stay which caused me not to be there as much 1st, which was discounted. From 10/6/22 move in I've paid from deposit and accumulated fees totaling $435.17 to now they want $210.17 by 11/14/22. When I tried reaching out to them about this matter and it should be investigated, they gave run around and put blame towards my plan. Which they were the ones to offer this as best plan, then on day of speaking with supervisor he tries to give another plan and give a good rebuttal for the dishonesty and displeased service I've been provided. They promised a rewards card at beginning my service which I'd receive but never did receive it at the time of call with supervisor, instead I noticed later after speaking with supervisor. Supposedly corrections were made plan change rewards card being issued but still no one to come out to check why am I being charged if I haven't been running my electricity. This is not the only account with TXU Energy but one that's been added they have giving me the same issues with other account as well and getting worse lies broken promises... Resolution Sought Reduce outrageous fees, service connections if can't be resolved close contract with no binding agreements
