Had audio system put in my car. Paid with discover card. There was a interface piece that I needed and they didn't have it so I got a refund and was gonna take car some where else. We reached a agreement and I paid the amount again but transaction didn't go through on his end and he was blaming my card for the delay. Discover said my end was good. He ended up giving me a refund on my discover and I used american express but same result occurred. He let me take car home cause I told him it would go through. When I got home I text him and said I will bring car back and let it stay there until payment went through. He call me and apologized and said the error was on his end. Something with the machine. He said he needed to refund the transaction and charge card again so I gave him the info of my America express over the phone. Never got refund. My american express account shows two transactions for 1068 dollars. Neither for a refund. I went to the store the next day and he wasn't there. It was about 9:30 am. His father told me to call him and he said he paid me the refund. I text him back to him the transaction showing him no refund. He hung up in my face and called the police who showed up and said I had to take him to civil court. I have all records and transaction receipts. My name is Andre crowder and my number is 903. 262 4091. American express is doing their own investigation on this matter Resolution Sought Refund my 1068.
