Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This company has alter a contract that I signed in 2021. I have fulfilled my debts to this company, and then some. I have screenshots of where it's says the contract was alter and I never signed an agreement with this company since it's original. Which has been fulfilled. At this point any charges are fraud. Resolution Sought I want any remain "balance" removed. I want this company removed from my credit report, and any banking information.

Company states; For introductory purpose, UAS operates as a third-party billing service provider for retail sellers such as Hotel Collection LLC, to permit their consumers to purchase products and/or services through the use of consumer loans, originated by bank and non-bank lenders, such as Pathward National Association. UAS provides third-party billing services from its principal location in Parkville, Missouri, and UAS is not affiliated in any way with PNA, HC, or any retail seller in which UAS provides billing services. By way of background, on May 15, 2023, Mr. Biskey entered into a Loan Agreement (the "Loan") with PNA to purchase products and/or services HC. A redacted copy of the Loan Agreement is attached to this correspondence (upon request). Please not that UAS encourages its retail sellers to resolve an issue raised by a consumer to the consumer's reasonable satisfaction. Our primary contact for Consumer Complaints/Disputes at HC is Rachel Tannenholz and can be reached via email at [email protected]. Since the receipt of the complaint, UAS has opened a support ticket and provided notice to HC. Mr. Biskey's support ticket number is 03967572.
