Bad business!!

Not running a good business you can't even use Uber cash when you went to put it on it won't allow you to do nothing. Not a very good business with Uber.

Stand up for the drivers!!

UBER has put my account on hold because I reported a safety issue. A passenger was upset because I had to cancel his ride. He did not show up and I couldn't find him passenger ran in front of my car and stood in front. Did not let me drive off. I recorded the whole issue I reported to UBER and instead of helping me they put my account on hold before investigating even though I had a video . I was scared, and I was held against my wall by passenger in front of me in front of my car. I almost got in a car. Accident Uber doesn't protect female drivers from harassment or intimidation by passengers. I reported incident right away told Uber support I was scared because passenger was yelling screaming recording me, and standing in front of my car wouldn't let me drive off. I told him I had another ride and I canceled his. I kept honking and telling him to go out of the way I have video to prove the incident. I would like the business to stand for drivers protect all drivers, especially female and intimidation, harassment, bullying and mistreatment.
