I purchased a game 2x. I was supposed to get reimbursed for the first amount. I never did. Then I purchased it again. The company claims I did not purchase it. I have trued endlessly to contact the company with my proof of purchase. They make it EXTREMELY difficult to do so. There is absolutely no phone # or email to be had. You have to search endlessly for the correct area to upload the info. Then when you finally find it and follow the prompts and it dies not open to the required icon. It dies not even appear under the steps I followed. Then when I finally go back and send them a text that it won't appear, they send the ADD FILES ICON but I am still unable to submit it. I have spent 1.5 hrs searching to no avail. Thus is done purposely because they do nit want to be contacted. If I make a purchase through them, I should be able to contact them in some form. They shouldn't be allowed to operate in this manner and drive a paying customer or any customer to the point of frustration. It us not right. If you have a business, you must provide some firm of contact. Resolution Sought I would like a refund regarding my first order and to be able to connect to my game that I purchased fir a second time. The game is called SKULL & BONES. Thank you .
