My personal Medical records where recklessly put in a situation that a Data Breach had taken place (UC San Diego Health ) Medical Records and all the information that was in it , Surgery, birth date , Benefits Account number, treatments, email, etc. I was sent a letter from UC SAN DIEGO HEALTH , inform me about the Data Breach at UC SAN DIEGO HEALTH , I had surgery at UC San Diego Health on 02/08/2021 ( Lymphoma ) now i was denied life insurance , because what was on My Medical Records that were private Resolution Sought I will be dealing with this Data Breach, Medical Records, Birth Date, Medical Number, Benefits number, email, address, phone number, treatment information, diagnosis, other information regarding my personal medical records, Surgeries, a remedy for this data breach my life personal information, $100.000,
