I canceled my member ship 4 months ago and I am continually being called and harassed by there team members to collect a outstanding dept that i do not owe and they are threatening me with sending me to collections over a dept i do not have with them. yesterday i called them and they told me that if i pay a $100 fee to cancel my membership that i will be left alone and that there will be no other actions needed and they will send me a letter for my records showing a cancellation agreement. i never received that offer or document from my original cancellation with them months ago. So, I paid the 100 fee and got my paperwork now this morning my account was run for 100 and for 89.99 without my consent for the 5th time now . i need help the bank wont reverse anything and they are not being helpful at the gym. this has now cost me about 480.00 with out any clear indication i will not be continued to be charged going forward. Resolution Sought Cancel my membership and refund all charges to my account sense this is a clear issue with the staff and there training policy.
