Bought a manufacture home in a 55 community. I was selling my home same time. The home was being fixed n remodeled at the time I first did a walk thru. The realtor had just listed but was out of state Texas. My realtor that helped me sell my home did the dealing with a Lexy Gordon. I was told that Kurvin & his wife Lexy Gordon came to the owner of home Eugene Chilson & help him fix & sell. The home was freshly painted inside n out. I know I requested a seller discloser document but never followed through. I made offer of full price. They would hold home till I sold my home. Stated that it would give them time to finish fixing home. Closing on both my n new home on same day June 9th. Moved in. Couple weeks later air conditioner broke. Had fixed 1300$ had no service since 2013. Outside faucet leaked bad when hose was attached. Saw what looked like water leak in ceiling. Could not go under house to check if water was leaking. So I decided to get my home inspected. Shocked to find out 18 major safety issue that there was several cover up with paint & stucco. Had major leaks under home 200$ to have opening put in to get under home. Had no vapor rap which is required. List goes on. Found out that Kurvin n his wife Lexy Gordon brought for 1500$ n flipped home. Did a major cover up to make home look very nice. Name changed to Jaks Or Better LLC on Deed. I feel I have been scammed lied decisive and taken advantage. Neighbors n manager of park saw the sloppy work! 5000$ in repair alre Resolution Sought Would like to get some of my money back. Lexy Gordon wife of Kurvin has used a person same name and picture of a realtor in Massachusetts. Lexy Gordon realtor (re max) in Massachusetts could not have been the real realtor here at the time the sale of this home some other person used her information probably fooled my realtor. Don't want anyone else get fooled by this Home inspector.

Heidi, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. We would have appreciated a phone call or email to give us the opportunity to come to a resolution. To be proactive we are emailing you a copy of our sellers disclosure that was signed by you on May 13th. In it we clearly state the home has not been inspected. We also let you know that we never occupied the property and that the condition of the property was largely "unknown". Additionally, I've sent our agreement where we specifically state in several spots that you should get an inspection. I've sent a copy of a letter from your realtor where she states that you specifically do not want a home inspection. My wife's name is Lexie Gordon, not Lexy she has not now or ever been apart of Remax. As such, we informed you there was no inspection performed, we did not live at the property, the condition of the home was unknown, we encouraged you to have a home inspection performed, and your realtor stating you did not want one. Even knowing all of that we are the type of people who like to go the extra mile for our clients and would happily discuss coming to a resolution even though you've never been a client of Ugly Duckling Inspection.
