Someone hacked my account in the early morning hours of February 5, 2024. I had been into the Ulta store in Plano off of Park and Preston on February 4, 2024. I previously had 2000 points that were worth $200. I have called an emailed Ulta, and they cannot find my information or who has gotten into my account. When I tried to change my password, they said that my account did not exist. Resolution Sought Fix my account with my correct email, phone number and account number, and get my points back.
