Over a month ago I had my account hacked and my order shipped to a different state. Before that my points were stolen. After over a month, hours of on the phone with reps who wouldn't help and countless emails they FINALLY refunded me. Yesterday I went to use my gift card online and it wouldn't work. I tried 8 different forms of payment and it didn't work. I tried using my $80 in points and it TOOK MY POINTS AWAY but would not place the order. I contacted help and they "escalated" it meaning once again they will not help. Online so many others have this issue. Resolution Sought They need to go out of business. I want to be able to actually use my gift card and get my points back so I can use what I have EARNED and never shop there again.
