I placed a online order on march 28th. Kept tracking package was unavailable. Called customer service multiple and was either placed on hold for a long period ask for a supervisor on one called they told me it would take up to 48 hours for then to contact me back to respond. I kept calling and as most companies do have caller ID and was hung up on or lied to. Finally got a supervisor and told me the package would be here on Friday and she would call to make sure i got it. Never received a call or the package so i ask for corporate number or email she refused to give it to me. So here we are told on Friday talked with a lady name Michelle and she offer to send it back out i told as told the supervisor and everyone else this was a birthday and it would arrive the person birthday. I told her to refund and she said ok pit me on hold and came back and start telling me how long the process was for refund never asked me did I have a pin and paper ready for the conformation code. So i asked her to give me the number to corporate and she also refused to do so. This is unprofessional and i have a lot of problems out of this company from allowing people to walk in the store without checking ID and using my points unauthorized to rule customer service via phone and in person. Resolution Sought Training for your entire team. This is something nobody should have to experience when they are paying for a service
