I am filing a complaint regarding an order charged on December 31, 2025, in the amount of $252.83 for merchandise that I never received. Ulta Beauty confirmed in writing that I was eligible for a replacement or refund. I chose a replacement, but no replacement was ever sent. After weeks of no resolution, I disputed the charge through my credit card company. Ulta Beauty is now refusing to assist, stating they cannot provide a replacement or refund due to the chargeback. This has left me charged for merchandise I never received, despite their prior written acknowledgment of the issue. I am requesting that Ulta Beauty honor their original commitment a full refund. Order # M196036398 Resolution Sought I would like them to reimburse the charge that they recharged From December when I received a temporary credit and massive card told me that they recharge the card on February 18

Bought a gift card for my granddaughter for Christmas. The pin numbers were not legible. After contacting the company by phone and emails I was told several times I would receive a replacement digital card. I emailed pics of the card serial numbers card number. I received an email from the company saying that 50.00 balance was on the card. However, I am still getting the run around after 16 emails back & fourth. I have all the emails and will gladly send them to you. Resolution Sought I want a refund or a digital gift card
