I placed a order on March 20 2024 - For the below items: CHANEL CHANCE EAU TENDRE Eau de Parfum Spray 3.4oz $172.00 - CHANEL BLEU DE CHANEL Eau de Parfum Spray 3.4oz $157.00. I never received either item so I contacted Ulta customer service & was told to wait so many business days and contact th back if I still did not receive them and they would process a refund for the full amount! When I contacted them back the second time for my refund I was told by another rep they could not refund me my money because it was marked delivered even though I assured them I did not get my order I even told them I have a video doorbell and can prove I had not received the items. Resolution Sought My refund as promised of course.

Ulta false advertised a birthday reward gift. Would not take the $18 off. Manager and corporate chat couldn't resolve the reason for false advertising. Resolution Sought Send the birthday gift which is a travel size living proof like their website says. It's more of the principle of false advertising than a can of dry shampoo and everyone I came in contact with about the issue had no wanting to resolve. Why are companies allowed to false advertise?
