The company should immediately disengage in "ambulance chasing" tactics.

We experienced a house fire and while we were working with our adjuster at our home, Wil Lapham, attempted to solicit us his business through deceptive tactics saying that he was asked to be there and he was there to be our representative. He simply was trying to take a tragedy and profit off of it in a very unbecoming and unethical way. Upon attempting to 15 minutes, he proceeded to engage in hard tail and high-pressure still at Deck which were very unwelcomed and inappropriate, especially when standing outside the burned remains of my home.
