2023 I requested transport of my motorcycle from Texas to California. They never transported nor did they return my money. I liked a complaint with my Bank BMO. They stated they would resolve it I put it out of thought. Now several years later. They state that I'm over drawn because I canceled the order and they are charging 475.35. I didnt cancel they didnt meet the transport requirements. Now it's affecting my credit. They can return the 475.35 to the bank to resolve this issue. Resolution Sought That they return the 475.35 to the bank in question.
