AVOID this Company

If you are thinking of purchasing from this company.... DON'T !!!! About the worse customer service ever! My loupes had a reader attachment that literally kept falling off on my patient's chest. I returned my loupes and had to wait a month to get them back with a new reader attached. It didn't work any better than the original. My light kept falling off as attachment seemed loose. I finally returned them and they charged me a 20% restocking fee.... yes you read right!! It has now been almost a month and I still have not received my refund. They keep telling me I should see it by week's end.

Do not buy.

Bought 3 units for office and batteries went out in 4 months. In 1.2 years after replacing batteries for a extra charge the cords have failed on 2 of the units. After calling Ultra light optics they stated that it will be more fees. I'm done!!!!!! I switched to Luma dent and have been happy!!!!!
