Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. The original order was place back in 12/09/2021. They gave a disclosure saying items typically will not ship until 4-5 weeks after confirmation.... however, it has since been months since I first placed my order and have been constantly ignored in my emails, social app messages, comments etc. They claim that they are packed up yet continue to push out products while not addressing a select handful of others. Resolution Sought I would like my product so I can never deal with that company again and if they can get in trouble for any of this let them have what's coming to them.
