Bait & switch, they had a a picture of a QT KTL 4023 brown GG 120, I ordered it with gift cards from Sears, they said they would send conformation of order they never did. they shipped QT KTL 4023 grey GG no size on box, it is smaller. they took the add off line of brown box .A few days later the add was back on line. they said they needed pictures of what i received and a picture of what i ordered. i sent pictures , they still said i ordered grey , but i could send it back but would have to pay for shipping. Resolution Sought I want Qt KTL 4023 brown GG120 gal. porch box I ordered no charge. I want them to ship it first and I will ship theirs's back no charge.

Company states: The customer currently has our product. we have just issued the customer a return label at no cost. Should the customer opt to return our product, we will proceed to refund the customer in full. Until our product is returned to us however, no refund can be issued. Thank you.

I bought a lotion from a Walmart web site. My package arrived, and it contained two bottles of shampoo. The box also contained, instructions on where to ship the item back in case of a mistake. The document stated I made a third party purchase from unbeatable sales. I called the customer service number no one ever answered the phone I then emailed them and told them I received the wrong item. I was told to follow the instructions that was in the packaging for returning the item. I followed the instructions. Went to the post office paid a little over seventeen dollars and shipped the item back. I called and finally spoke with someone. I was told I would receive the item I ordered. Once unbeatable sales received the item they refunded only the item. I spent too much money and time to only be refunded $8.87. Upon receiving the email about being refunded only for the product I contacted unbeatable sales again. To my surprise I spoke with a lady that told me she would see I get my refund back and would be in contact with me within the next 24 hours. I never received a call nor email to resolve the issue. I paid 24 dollars for receiving and shipping the wrong product only to have nothing in the end. Resolution Sought I would like the shipping cost to be reimbursed. The total would be $24 dollars
