Take a class on what customer service is really about.

My husband and I purchased two living room sets the one couch which was a small sectional was without legs and a broken arm piece. We have had to call for almost a month because no one from company let us know what was happening. Finally we were told couch would be in this past Friday and and they would deliver. But again at 3:30 Friday 1/31/20 my husband called to see when to expect delivery. He was told, when they had a truck going where we live, be he would deliver. We decided to go the next day to pick up. Because we didn't trust them. To hopefully take a class on what customer service is really about. We will not be doing or referring business in future
