Ordered a wig for birthday. It's missing a very important component in order for me to wear it on my small head. It was constructed without adjustable straps that I normally cross cross in order for it to fit my head. I reached out to company and they will not send me a return label. I'm even open to exchange but this is not right that I'm explaining the issue and they are acting like they don't know what I'm talking about when all wigs have this. My birthday is already ruined because this wig is unwearable for me so I have to figure something out. But in the meantime I won't this resolved and they are pushing back , Resolution Sought Refund or exchange
