I have a SDS of 100 I am able to use anymore as I can't change it anymore because the charging cord is very loose before it stopped charging it would automatically charge the charge while setting to disabled and I would have change it back enable also I would periodically pay low voltage from time to time I spoke to a few different repair places and they have told me it was a manufacturer flaw poor design Resolution Sought I wanted to either be fixed for free or exchange it for the same model as it was expensive scanner that no longer functions

Uniden has received your complaint regarding not being satisfied with the device SDS 100 uniden takes pride in our products as well as understands your frustrations as uniden takes this very seriously Mr. Beaver stock you are more than welcome to send your device to our technicians to look at the device and repair it if applicable you need then has a 12 month warranty on the device from the date of purchase uniden would ask you to send the device to our repair department with your proof of receipt to allow uniden work on your device please mail the device to Uniden C/O Saddle Creek 743 Henrietta Creek Road Suite 100 Roanoke, TX 76262 ATTN Repair Uniden would ask Mr. Beaverton to please call the call center at 1-800-297-1023 and ask for the repair form to be emailed to him uniden would ask you to please include the repair form and proof of receipt inside the box with your SDS 100 uniden will create a case once the device is received and we will work on your device right away please allow 10 to 14 business days from the time the device is received for us to repair the device and have it back to you in great working conditions

In the previous message I asked the customer to send in his proof of purchase and still today we have not received it. Uniden is not able to fix his repair for free until this is received.
