it cost $130.00 to park for 8 hours and 10 minutes in their parking lot. This is the worst experience EVER with any parking facility. They do not post their rates which are about 9 dollars per hour for every hour. they do not post that they charge you additional fee of $63.00 if you are even 1 minute past what you paid for in advance. we paid $88 for 9 hours and we're 10 minutes past that time and they billed us $63 more by placing a fake parking ticket on our windshield. None of this information is available in advance to users. Worst company we have ever encountered!!!!!! Resolution Sought The fake parking ticket for which I paid 43.00 additional was a scam and not agreed to. For the most part I am happy to alert others about this horrible company.

Portland, Maine, I parked at the Commercial street lot across from Ferry Terminal. I found the UPP kiosk and paid 10:50 AM to 2:50 PM 4 hours for $35. We were late getting back by Ferry around 4:00 PM found a citation for $63 on my windshield. The Citation was printed at 11:02 AM 12 minutes after i paid to park ! We were late getting back I admit. But $43 for 1 hour 10 minutes !? Issuing a Citation 12 minutes after paying to park this is theft - pure and simple. When I paid at the kiosk, I wasn't able to print out the transaction, but will try and get the info from my credit card company. I Googled the company info and about the Owner and found many bad reviews on BBB and here on Yelp. Strangely enough, all of the company's responses start with "we're sorry, etc." Resolution Sought To delete this charge.
