Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been harassed and threatened by UNIFlN in Skokie Illinois. (PO box 1608 Skokie Illinois 60076-1608). I have never done any business with them i Strongly DENY DENY this they are demanding thousands of dollars. This is also PAST STATUE OF LIMITATIONS. 10 YEARS. This is fraud. Identity theft I have no idea who they are. Never heard of them. They have caused duress pain and suffering decline in health defamation of character. Please note I DO NOT USE EMAIL. They are scammers thieves. This is not mine they are in violation my information is not for sell. This is DENIED. I do not appreciate being threatened harassed and traumatized. They have caused suffering to me I need you CFPB to mail me via USPS. Mail hard copy of my complaint. I better not suffer negatively in. Any way shape or form my credit better not suffer. They owe me 29 million dollars in damages this company has thousands of complaints against them. I am very displeased and distressed. They are not to harass or threaten any further. Resolution Sought No further threatening harassment and nothing negative happening to me. In any way shape or form Anywhere or with any one this is denied denied. They owe me $29 million dollars.
