I hired this company to ship packages over seas. Unfortunately there is another company that sent me an invoice and some product didn't make it over seas. I have contacted the company several times and they are in denial as to what happened to the merchandise that I had shipped. I am requesting an investigation as to what where or how are these folks conducting business. I have worked hard to earn the little money that I have to invest to a business of my own over seas. I'm not working so that other people can help them selves to my goods. Resolution Sought They claim that I have insurance on the packages I have sent. But yet they are felling to provide me with the information. I been dealing with this situation for over a month now...
