I had made several payments for a surgical procedure and decide to cancel for personal reasons as September 16, 2022 or so had requested a refund and as of today 12/16/2022 still haven't received any refund I have called numerous of times trying to reach Legma Garcia (refund dept mngr) an always unable to reach her have also tried emailing her and no response but will yet have time to send me an email 10min after calling (been told she isn't in the office) just stating refund in process I do have all emails and phone calls saved.. I'm just beyond exhausted with no result from anyone in this facility. Pleas please help Resolution Sought Just want my refund that's all

I scheduled surgery with them with a certain doctor they took my money then told me the doctor couldn't do my surgery. They tried to pawn me off to another doctor that couldn't even do the surgery I wanted so when I said no they told me they were keeping $1000 of my money which was crazy. It's been 30 days and I have not received any money back and when I try and call I can't get through to anyone this place is a scam they take your money cancel your surgery and never return your money Resolution Sought Refund my money
