Consumer alleges: I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on Aug. 28, 2021, and I was having issues with it right away because it wasn't cooling at all. I had a service technician from Samsung came out due to a bad Freon leak. He told me it's a 2020 model and the warranty is expired. I bought the refrigerator because I was told it was brand new. I've contacted Unique Appliances and explained the matter. The company representatives are not helping at all. And, the owner has not called me about this matter either. He even advised the finance company that he wasn't aware that I reached out to him. I'm waiting to hear back from the finance company about the false advertising of the sale. I would have never spent this amount of money on a used refrigerator. I'm requesting they pick up this used refrigerator and give me a full refund. Resolution Sought Refund my money full and pick up the refrigartor.

Company states: Customer paid $1,400 for refrigerator through finance company called Kafene. She didn't pay Unique Appliances. All sales are final like stated on customer's receipt. Also, customer purchased a scratched & dent model from showroom and it's on receipt as well. We also did not install refrigerator. Customer installed, not store. However, refrigerator has manufactures warranty through Samsung. Also, final response, customer has to cancel through finance company, not store, as we wholesale to finance department call Kafene!! And, try finance to the customer. She can cancel through the finance department with store. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Hello this company and the owner falsely not stating true facts. I was never advised it was a scratch and Dent appliance. Or I would have never done business their. I purchase through Unique Appliance #2LLC I tried several times to speak with upper management but was told through Sophia and Ashley messages were given. But did not have no control of owner calling me back. I also reached out to Kafene told them what took place and they were in disbelief that happen too me. I bought what was supposed to be brand new french door refrigerator. When I reached out to samsung same day I purchase. I was advised the warranty had expired in 2020 of March. I then reach back out to Unique appliance and they told me to wait 24 to 48 hrs to see if the refrigerator would work and produce ice cubes, freeze and also get cool on top This has been very disappointed experience. I hope and pray people take these reviews and run far from this company. I just want what I was told and purchase. Companies need to be held accountable for deficit appliances No one should spend $1700 dollars for a non working item, how does that sound to sound to spend all that money for non-working. Unique Applinces final response Customer has receipt signed an initial and nows 100 percent wat she purchased scratch dent refrigerator sold as is open box payed 1400.00 for refrigerator but it comes with manufacturers warranty that is in process by the warranty to b repaired at no cost to customer if customer didn’t have activated warranty under her name we could have tried to exchange but customer activated warranty for refrigerator and is going to be fixed by Samsung. Store policy all sales r final customer has her receipt also financed through kafene customer can return through finance not through store if dosnt like the product because wsell unit to finance and once Cust pays finance is then the customers at this point customer hasn’t payed refrigerator so she can call Kafene finance and cancel not with store refrigerator is not stores anymore is the finanace and hers when she pays in full but like stated before unit has manufacturers warranty we don’t repair appliances we just sell units as is with manufacturers warranty. So if any issues customer can call manufacturers we don’t make the product w just sell it that’s y manufacturers warranty customer fridge will b fixed
