Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

We purchased our new AC unit in 2017 from Unique Services. The unit came with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Each year we pay for a service contract for routine maintenance. I just found out that my new ac unit is a 2015 unit. So the unit was already 2 years old before installation. I paid full price for our unit. Every year multiple times a year our unit has some type of failure. We have had coils replaced, multiple capacitors, the blowing motors etc. Each time its something else. Now each time Unique charges a ridiculous service fee and sometimes it takes 2 to 3 weeks for them to repair the system. They never come out the same days its always the next business day. Its a huge inconvenience. Each time they come they just want me to purchase a new unit. The air quality of our unit is terrible. My whole family has suffered with terrible allergies and breathing issues since we installed this unit. The sales person advised we would save on energy, that was incorrect. Since this unit has so many defects it has actually caused an increase in my electric bill. This has to be one of the worst products I have ever purchased. Resolution Sought I want to get a refund on the unit and go with a more reputable brand. This brand is trash no wonder there is a 10 year warranty on the product.
