I brought my car in to repair air compressor on 4/20/21. He gave me a full warranty. The car was not working properly ever since. I have brought the car back to him several times and I have called him several times to repair the issue. On 8/25/22 I called the owner to tell him the car is not running due to the air conditioner and that I will get a diagnostic test and then I will have the car towed to him. He stated he will not fix my car and not to call him again. Resolution Sought Refund my money or fix my car properly.

My work and parts are always under warranty, if car did not work properly why she waited a whole year to let us know the AC was still not working (before we give back car to customers out work is checked to ensure everything we did is working properly). When she took the car she started the AC. Otherwise she would not have taken her car. A year later she said that she never drove the car that its been in her "garage". I told her bring the car to us because my labor and parts are under warranty, to bring her car. She said her car would start because of what I did to the car. I explain to her that the AC system has nothing to do with the engine. I did not work with her engine. To bring the car, when it start, so we could check the AC system to see if what we did was ok because it was under warranty. I called her back after she left a message, and nicely told her if she could bring the car to check it and she said no, she had things to do. We agreed that she would bring the car 2 days later. She called me the next day with attitude cursing and threatening me, saying "my car won't start, am taking it to the dealer" and told me that whatever was wrong with the car that I was going to pay for everything. When the AC has nothing to do with the engine not starting. We never refused to check her car and repair anything that we did (if that was the case). That's why we make invoices explaining the work that was done to the car.
