United airlines cancelled our flight to London on 7/18/26! United reimbursed us for our flight tickets but denied reimbursement for our additional expenses, such as: hotel charge for the first night of are arrival in London, flight and baggage insuranse and parking for our 5 day trip that was pre-paid and non refundable! Resolution Sought reimburse us for our additional expenses as a result of their flght cancellation! Total $701.00

I booked a flight 10th 11th 12 th from billings mt to kansas city paid in full with trip protection I was held for 45 minutes here in billings causing delay in Colorado I was late to catch connecting flight missed my friends wedding stayed in Denver 14 hours with no flight out I called united they said due to weather and it being department of transportation act I would be refunded but I have fought back and forth with them they are super mis managed and I paid out of pocket to gwt back home the rental car won't reimburse me due to it not being a 24 hour windows I trusted united to take care of me and there story keeps changing now it air traffic controller why sale tickets if you cant get the passenger to there lication. Resolution Sought I want my money back you cant pay me for missing an important date but you can give me back my money you failed me I sent receipts and data r times to them
