These people threaten me and told me my car was in repo and it wasn't, so I unregistered this car. I'm not sure what I can do about it miss Janet needs to apologize for this. They are very unprofessional! Resolution Sought Address the above issue.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We have thoroughly investigated the matter and have determined that our representative should have specifically explained what was meant by the term repossession. This issue was addressed and fully resolved on November 5, 2024, by the collections manager with retraining and educating our staff on account statuses.
