9/15/26 Formal Complaint against United CDL Academy To Whom It May Concern, I am filing this formal complaint against United CDL Academy regarding professional misconduct and failure to provide the services promised in my enrollment agreement. Key issues include: * Failure to Provide Required Oversight: Students were frequently left to operate vehicles without a certified instructor present. * Inadequate Training: Behind-the-wheel instruction was substandard, and the school failed to provide the mandatory documentation and instructor signatures for my training hours. * Lack of Professional Communication: My potential employer has reached out to the school multiple times to request my certificate and verification of education, but the school has failed to respond to these requests, effectively preventing me from securing employment. I request your assistance in documenting these business practices and mediating a response from the school regarding my records.
