I had a simple drug screening done with no drugs present at a rehab facility who uses this place for their testing. This cost 5500 and they refuse to sent insurance my records or even give them to me. I also cannot reach the rehab after weeks of trying. This lab servicer needs shut down. Others say the exact same thing and it is irresponsible of the business to misuse the medical system in this fashion. They are charging nearly 15x what this service should actually have cost. Resolution Sought I want this company to actually give insurance my records and to adjust this pricing for everyone. I should not be paying 5500.00 for a service that at most is $350.00
