United enrollment services solicited my husband and collected money but they do not provide any service. They promised a 14 day refund period but they hang up every time we attempt to call them in regard to a refund Resolution Sought We want our money back since this business is a fraud and they don't actually provide any service. They should be shut down as a scam

This client bought a policy on Jan 20th and cancelled on Jan 31st. They were refunded on Feb 2nd. They never used their policy so I'm not sure what services we didn't provide. They never went ACTIVE! Their activation date was 1-31-22.
