Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I came across a post that stated the 1st 5 commenters would get a special discount. For an air duct cleaning. So I commented then, was Personally messaged by the poster who asked how many AC units I had, I replied 1. Then was told it would be $199 for complete air duct cleaning of your home. In this price we will clean all unlimited air supply vents in the unit. We will also give you a free system inspection including AC unit, Dryer, etc. You will pay after the job. I had an apt time for Thursday 1-3pm. Was contacted that morning if I could reschedule for an am apt. I said yes, then was not seen until 1-3pm. Upon arrival 2 of 3 men came into the home to inspect & set up the negative pressure unit. Durning this time the employee kept using words like honestly .... , an typically would be charged per vent and so on. When he went outside to "talk/teach an employee". While outside this negative pressure machine popped our breaker 2 times. Which we had to fix. Then the employee proceeded to tell me they would get me a quote to clean out the ducts. Which I was quoted $1300+ vs the $199. After refusing to do the service because of this new quote. The guy continued to try to bribe me into doing the job. When I still refused they closed up all our vents & left our attic in disarray that wasn't found till morning.. I have screen shots of every correspondence! Resolution Sought Refund my money & work on their communication & advertisements. Don't do this to other people!
