Serious appointments not available I have a lump on my breast they have no availability and the availability they did have they called me and cancelled on me because they said doctor is not going to make it. This is extremely bad I have a potential life threatening situation at hand i had been waiting for 6 months for this appointment and they called to cancel because I quote doctor will not be going in that day! Resolution Sought I need a sooner doctors appointment !! And they need better doctors

Member is stating she unable to schedule an appointment. According to the notes in the system, member contacted the facility on March 27th 2024 and scheduled an appointment for April 19th 2024 at 8:00am. UMI staff contacted patient the day prior to the exam to confirm appointment and member stated she in unable to attend appointment due to it being during the week. Staff informed member this exam can't be performed over the weekend due to it being a Diagnostic Mammogram and Breast Ultrasound. Member requested to cancel appointment and requested for another provider. We believe the appropriate steps were made to accommodate the member.
