I live in a 1 bedroom apartment for over 8 years the neighbor that lives next-door has 4 people living in her apartment it's causing a issue infested bugs you can smell the mice and at one point she wouldn't allow the pest control me to come in this is a on going that I have contacted the housing code enforcement department I requested that the lease off fill out a rental verification form don't know if it's gonna happen or not not behind never been late never missed a payment down on the water bill lease was to renew on November 1 it's not November 1 yet so if I move I would all only owe them for not giving them a 60 day notice. You can't get a paint job it hasn't been paying it in almost 10 years and that's the issue they made she made promises, no fulfillment she kept saying she was going to give me a date. She knew the lady had four or five people living in that one bedroom and she kept promising. She was gonna give me a date as she never would they're not going to paint, I totally took everything out of my closet moved everything as directed. Still getting the runaround about the paint all I want is that paper filled out so I can return it to this other company. Resolution Sought Fill out that paperwork truthfully.

Company states; Ms. Woody, UPA is in receipt of your complaint regarding concerns at the property in which you reside. There are a few concerns mentioned and they have been addressed individually below. You mentioned a possible infestation in your building. Preventive pest control is performed monthly. Your building, including your unit, has been treated by Orkin Pest Control on September 20th and October 18th . Management inspections were also completed on your unit and building on July 27th and October 6th. During the management inspection and pest control services, no infestation was noted by management or the technician from Orkin. However, a follow-up treatment is scheduled for November 15th. You will be notified on the requirements to properly prepare your home for these services. If you have specific concerns, please contact management prior to the scheduled service to ensure the technician has the proper equipment (bait or traps) to help combat any potential issue. The next concern involves a rental verification form that you would like completed. UPA would be glad to complete this form on your behalf. However, rental verifications are not completed on site. All verifications are completed by our accounting team. This is to ensure information regarding your payment history is accurate. To have the form completed, you may send it to [email protected]. Additionally, you stated that you would like to have your unit painted. We are more than happy to have that service completed. Please advise of a date that is convenient for you and I will contact the painter to have this scheduled. You will be responsible for ensuring your furniture is moved to the center of your rooms and all décor and pictures are removed from the walls. United Property Associates appreciates your residency.
