Some complainants allege unethical collection practices. Customers complain the company contacts them with unverified or unfamliar debts, attempting collection by means of intimidation or false information. Other complainants allege the company breaches payment agreements by deducting amounts from their accounts prematurely, or without their authorization.. In other cases, investors allege difficulty contacting the company regarding the status of investment contracts. A few investors complain they are unable to sell stocks, liquidate, or obtain information on the status of their investment. Complainants report the company's phone is answered by an answering machine, and calls are not returned.

The company responds to most complaints concerning debt collections by correcting inaccurate information, or by disputing the customer's allegations. Complaints concerning investment contracts are generally addressed by advising clients, that due to pending mergers and contractual agreements, they legally cannot release any financial information to outside parties until the newly formed entity is complete. Company states they are a private company and the stock is privately held stock. The stock cannot be bought and sold like regular stocks listed on the stock market. In one case, the company offered to try and find a buyer for the stock.
